To create professional looking desserts in a standard home kitchen – without any training, expensive equipment or hard-to-find ingredients.

About Me:

Born and raised in Melbourne Australia, living in Hong Kong since February 2016. This blog details my baking adventures through Melbourne and Hong Kong – including my inspiration, photos, recipes and tips.

I started baking in 2014 as an after work hobby and have since baked for birthdays, weddings and charity events. My specialties include macarons, cheesecake and entremet desserts … however I’m always in search of new ideas and challenges.
